Trying to get a site survey/serviceability request
I am going to be moving to a new location in an area that can get Xfinity, but it states my new address has no service availability even though the house next door 30 feet away has active Xfinity service. After calling multiple times, it seems the last time that address had a survey was 2008 so I was told in order to verify I can get service it might need another survey. One of the reps I spoke to sent an email about it, but I never got a call or notice back.
I am almost positive it would be possible to get service there, I would just either like to know a survey will be done or get confirmation I can get service there as soon as possible.
