Triple Play Package Plan

I have a triple play plan with Digital Preferred Tier HD TV DVR service, Blast internet, and Voice Unlimited. I'm not watching the extra channels provided by the Digital Preferred TV service so I wanted to drop back to the standard TV service level. A customer service rep told me the cost reduction would only be $2.08 . Strange considering that the cost difference between the two stand alone TV plans is about $20 !
