Trees on easement leans on the cable lines
We are in San Jose, CA. We have been customers to Comcast for 10 years. We have two trees at the back of our yard, and they are located on the public utility easement. The trees are higher than cable lines, but lower than power lines, therefore power company won’t take care of the issue. Cable lines actually went through these branches from one pole to another. From what I observe, it is very difficult to trim trees with the cable lines hanging there. I am wondering if Comcast will take actions towards this scenario.

Greetings, @bingling88! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on the forums. I hope you are having an amazing day! We certainly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, we do not handle the trimming of the trees. However, I would still like to see if there is anything that can be done for you. Can you please send me a PM with your first and last name so I may further assist you?
