Transfer Service
I have been trying to transfer my service for weeks and now I'm without internet and I work from home. I was initially told I could not get service then told I could by a comcast technician in my new neighborhood. I have an open ticket 1719643 that seems to be moving really slow. My neighbors behind me have xfinity service So I am not sure why its so difficult for me to get service. Need help asap.
