Too many "service related" emails
I am getting continually annoyed by how many "service related" emails I get from Comcast/Xfinity. It seems they like to send marketing material under this guise. Does anyone know if there's a way to communicate to them to STOP these types of emails from going out?
typical example: https://imgur.com/a/2soSqnM
I get at least one email a week from them, and I'm tired of not being able to unsubscribe to company's emails that are aggressively misusing their email services.

I agree with you. I did a search for the subject and found your post. Xfinity is pretending that we're too stupid to realize that their advertisements aren't really service-related emails. This trend of overloading consumers withg emails leads to consumers not reading important information from companies. Do the right thing! Stop sending marketing emails disguised as service emails. As the OP wrtote, it's very annoying to some consumers, like me. If Xfinity intends to keep playing the "service-email" games, allow customers more choice to opt out of non-urgent service-emails. Please give the consumers a break during these trying times.

This is an absolute abuse and Comcast should cease this behavior and be ashamed of this!
I too don't receive any potentially useful emails because I have blocked all comcast emails because they are spam and there is no unsubscribe!
A "service-related email" should only be regarding outages, billing, or other matters specific to my account.
This is a disgrace!

class-action, anyone ?
