Too many internet outages

I live in the 98075 zipcode border of Issaquah and Sammamish. I typically have at least a couple of internet outages per week each lasting more than a couple of hours. On 9/3, I lost connectivity from about 4PM to 6PM. On 9/4, I lost connectivity from around noon till 9PM. In all of these cases, customer service blames my equipment, asks me to disconnect and reconnect my modem. Nothing happens as a result of those actions, but the internet eventually comes back up. On 9/4, they scheduled an appt for a service rep to visit us on 9/6. However, I cancelled it after it came back on at around 9PM. This doesn't seem to be a problem with my equipment or my cabling. Has anyone else experienced this problem? It seems to be a problem at Xfinity end.

Please see Internet Troubleshooting Tips. If you still need help, please post your modem or gateway's model number and signal information, especially downstream power levels and SNR, upstream power levels, and error log.
