Told when we signed up “ guarantee the weather will not effect your xfinity service, we are a cable”

It’s been 1.5 days with no service from xfinity!!
Neighbors with dish and Verizon have had no service interruptions??
Power company has taken care of thousands in less then a day, we are going on day two with no service from
Xfinity??
No ability to actually talk to a person just a computer telling us please
Be patient??
