I have ordered the inlimited internet now 5 times in the last month. It's still NOT showing up and I have yet to get the confirmation email. I have the message that confirms the order. Why wont it go through???

I got it figured out. I called once again and the agent made sure it was added before getting off the phone. They couldn't tell me why it wouldn't go through. Just like they can't say why we get disconnected multiple times a day. Oh well, guess that's typical of Comcast service.
