Ticket status

I recently had a technician out to diagnose why my internet keeps dropping multiple times a day and he could not find a problem with the lines and connections at my home but did find there was noise in the signal somewhere in my neighborhood area that would have to be diagnosed by another technician at a later time. He gave me a ticket number to check on the status of the issue but no csr has been able to give me any information. I can’t find anywhere else to check the status on my own either. Who can help me?
