Ticket not being addressed

Good Evening - In newly constructed house where full neighborhood, including my own home, has been wired up for Comcast. 2 weeks ago, customer care created a ticket for me to have the address added to the database. Was told it would take 3-5 days. I have called back many times now with the latest result being the creation of yet another ticket. While I know the customer care team is doing everything they can, can anyone share an effective method for escalating these issues with the appropriate resources to expedite a resolution?
