Ticket Status

I have a property that doesn't have Xfinity on it now. Address doesn't work in the new customer area on webpage. So, I called Xfinity and they gave me a new build ticket number. My  neighbor, 2 houses down,  has the service, but I need to get some clarification on what it would cost to get it to my home.

 

Can someone help?
