We moved into our home on Sept 18th being told to wait a week-2 weeks max to have our orange cable buried. We have spoken with numerous agents on live chat, call centers etc. and they have all provided different answers. About a week ago we received calls from CCT Underground (your sub-contractor) scheduling an appointment for today (11/19). Today, they have informed us that they are not doing it now and passed us back to Xfinity again. Can you please get this sorted, we just want this cable buried and our HOA is also getting frustrated with us that we haven't buried it yet. I shouldn't have to keep asking, I'm not pleased with the customer service at all.
