The worst
Do you intentionally make your web page difficult to navigate? Intentionally make chatting with an agent difficult? It's no wonder your company is the worst rated cable provider in the world.
Your web page has failed to provide my bill for the past 4 months and from reading some info here, likely much longer than that.
This is a KNOWN issue that REMAINS broken............. Sadly without local competition you have little care in the world to correct this issue. Very poor business.
