This is in regards the current change of plans where Xfinity now will impose a download limit. In the middle of a pandemic, where most people are working from home, kids are studying from home, connecting from video-conferencing system most part of the day, TV nowadays is streaming service, no more ties to hundreds of unwanted channels just to force us to pay absurd fees.
During this pandemic we saw insurances companies reducing their charges because people were driving less. We saw many other examples of good customer service. But with Comcast we saw the contrary, we saw you trying to get more money from customers, no matter what!
You guys should re-think this usage limit imposed!
