The comcast drop line from pole to house has been cut
after high winds, looks like the drop line from the comcast pole to the house was cut, probably as it was hanging low over the street and posing a hazard. I was on line with a tech who insisted that we troubleshoot the modem and wanted the MAC #. I kept trying to tell him it was a physical issue and after gettign a neighbor to come into my house and get the required info the tech then decided he didn't need that info after all and told me it would take 2 days for someone to contact me about this issue. Where do I report this to get immediate action? I did generate a report online saying it was a hazard but nowhere does is ask about whether my service is interrupted. So frustrated an hour later.
