That didnt go as planned

Ever since we moved our xfinity is terribly unreliable. We have x1 with the wireless pods at each tv. Everyday we turn on the tv im getting error message "that didnt go as planned". Once you change the channel it works but very unreliable. I mean i shouldn't have to restart my boxes 4 times a day. Customer service is useless and they are just telling me to get a big bulky cable box. We never had this problem at the old address. Can someone please help
