Texas outage and NO estimated fix date
I need to work and use the internet from home and there is no internet in my section.
It’s been out since Monday, and I need to get credited but more importantly I just want to know when this will get fixed.
No one on Twitter can help me and I find it absolutely ridiculous I can’t get ahold of anybody on a phone for customer support. What gives???
