Hi, I’d like to see if I’m eligible for a credit due to service outage in my area.

No worries! At Comcast, we strive in ensuring that you receive the services that you pay for. Once the services are restored back to normal, we will be able to credit you for the services charged while down. When you click my name “ComcastGabe” you should be routed to my profile page. On the right under Contact Me, you'll see "Send this user a private message." Let me know if you're not able to find it.
