Why can't I EVER speak to a live agent?!!!

I've spoken to 3 tonight and still don't know if my problem has been solved.  I type in need to speak to someone.

The Xfinity assist is a waste of time and money. Keeps asking preprogrammed questions about everything but talk to a customer service representative

I picked billing and then typed in speak to someone.  Hope that helps.
