I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years and I still have a temporary drop connecting my service. The orange line is all sun baked, cracked, split and most definitely affecting my speeds. I’m pay good money monthly for 300mbps speeds and I’ve never gotten over 100 mbps. To say I want a refund would be an understatement. I have hired a lawyer and plan on taking Comcast to court to recoup my 175 bucks a month for subpar service.
