TV/Internet Disconnected

Hi, so I flicked on the tube tonight, and it said to log in. Tried to log in in app, and it says I no longer live at my address. Managed to log in online. Paid my bill, which wasn't due for three more days, and tried to live chat with an agent to see if I could get it working tonight, no luck. No agents are answering request for chat. Cannot get through CS phone menu at all.
