Support via Twitter and Messenger stopped??

Has Comcast stopped providing Xfinity support on Twitter and Messenger?  A few weeks ago they stopped talking to me on Twitter in the middle of a conversation and I haven't heard from them since.  Support for Peacock on Messenger still seems to work.

 

Does anyone else have this issue or know what is going on?
