Subscription renewal

Good day!
My 12-month subscription is ending soon. I would like to stay with the same plan and price for the next 12 months, something I was told would be easy to do through the customer service. But I was unlucky so far to get a chance to talk to someone in your customer support team..
Could you pls help with that? Thanks in advance.
