Still being charged for equipment rental.
Changed service May 26 and returned the rented equipment in June.
My current August is still showing $14 equipment rental charge.
How can I address this?
1-800-xfinity number redirects me to the text message option or return to main menu, the hangs up.
Pressing 0 for representative results in a hang up.
