Starting Xfinity during Covid19

I had an install appt. for April 4. Without notice or even an email, the appointment was cancelled. I found out by checking for my window block to see when I had to be home. The appointment disappeared! I understand with Covid19 quarantining that they couldn't come into my house to do the home security install, but no one contacted me about the internet, tv and phone change over. So now, when I log into my account, it tells me I can't make changes, that I was cancelled due to non payment, etc.  How do I at least get my tv, internet and phone switched over and add the home security later?
