Sick of outages
I love my service, when it is working. Our grid was taken down an entire day for which i lost a day's pay...
That's not cool. I pay an exhorbitant amount for my services, for which i have never been offered a better deal for being a long standing consumer ... i was told I'd be compensated after waiting online for an hour? Still no compensation. I would also like to know why my entire area keeps being down? When i have no internet, i cannot work and do not get paid. Something needs to be done so that 1 issue does not take down the entire area....not right to do that. Otherwise, i do likemy service and still wish you'd offer me a better deal for being a loyal customer , dont you agree?? I have 2 accounts with you ,so cant we make a deal? I think i like many others should be offered better deals for loyalty. I am constantly taking up for Xfinity over ATT...thx for listening.
