Setting up service at a new construction house

I'm trying to get help with setting up new service at a new construction house.  I built a house 2 years ago that is about 800 ft from the street.  I came onto the forum after the house was complete to ask about getting service.  Someone responded and told me it would be about $3000 to bring the service to my house.  We didn't have the money then, so we passed and got horrible satellite internet instead.  Now, we would like to move forward with it, but I can't get back in touch with person I origianlly spoke to.  Can someone else please help me.
