We were without power/cable, phone & internet services from 2/15-2/18. How do I get a credit on my bill? Other posts I've seen make it seem so easy to request credit from My Account App, but that's not the case. With everything else going on, this is one more very frustrating and confusing thing that shouldnt be so difficult.
