Service Trucks in Local Area, Excessive Outages, Work-from-Home Interrupted Frequently

The past several days there have been a lot of Xfinity service trucks in the local area, and the internet has lost service frequently, making work-from-home difficult. I am receiving no warning that this is happening, and have had business calls drop when the service goes down. How can I find out what is going on? The App only says that there's an outage and a technician is working on it. It shows the time when it went out along with a predicted fix time, so this just confirms that it's not me, it's Comcast.
