Service Outage Credit

Service Outage Credit

Hello, it is my understanding that I can receive credit for days that my service was out due to the winter storm. I am in Houston Texas and did not have service from Sunday evening 1/14 to Wednesday 1/17. Please let me know if a credit is possible. Thank you!
