Service Appointment was set for 3 days when Alarm was inoperative
Chat by it's very nature is slow and tough to get answers, Comcast does a good job but agents rarely look at the chat and make you go through it many times which can be frustrating. My real issue is when my alarm system was down completely the earliest schedule was in 3 days. This is not acceptable for an alarm system, I can't ask intruders to wait three days until the alarm is working again. 1 day is acceptable, 2 un-nerving, 3 totally unacceptable. Other premium services are same day.
