Scheduling an appointment with a tech

My internet connection hasn't been working for 3 days now. I've called 5 different people. I was told a tech would call to setup an appointment to check my internet line and replace my modem, which I was told was outdated (installed in 2017). I haven't received any calls in 26 hours. I just want to schedule an appointment to get this issue fixed. My local center was closed and the nearest center is closed to the public.

Please help.
