Says service is disconnected but I am a customer and paying my bill

Says service is disconnected but I am a customer and paying my bill

I log into my account but it says my service is disconnected and I am not the owner of the account. Do not understand this.

Thanks for using the Xfinity Forums to inform us of your login issues. I'd be happy to investigate. Have you moved recently? Are you using the Comcast email address that was assigned to your account to login, or a third-party email address? If you are using a third-party email address like G-mail, Yahoo, etc., please try with the Comcast email address only.
