Savings for Existing Customers?

I can no longer afford to keep paying $300+ a month for services and channels I don’t need, want, or use. I would like to know if there are any low cost options for existing customers. It seems that only new customers are offered a fair price on a bundle or promotion and not the loyal customers who have been with Comcast/Xfinity for more than 20 years. I would like to see about getting or new plan or downgrading my services. Thank you.

I have been trying for months to find a comcast rep to help me lower my bill as well. It seems like a lost cause. They only reward new customers with savings.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
