Routine System Maintenance Outage 7/29
So just to be clear, Xfinity call out that agents are working from home during this Pandemic... Well guess what so are a lot of others including myself.
If you are going to have a Routine System Maintenance Outage for 6 hours why it is not posted or planned out with Customers in advance?
It makes it a little difficult to work from home when you (Xfinity) can't keep my services up.
Thanks for letting me explain to my employer that I was not able to work tonight because of poor planning and visibility on your behalf and to add insult to injury your automated system told me to find a Xfinity hotspot as a work around… Well my entire area is out so what am I supposed to do go a town over and just drive around until I pickup some random household Xfinity signal and be that creepy person at 2:30 in the morning sitting in front of someone’s house.
