Returning equipment not listed on account

A few weeks ago, after chatting with support, Xfinity sent us a new router. We determined the original router was working so never used the new one.

We accidentally threw away the packing slip and need to return the router. However, there is no router with that serial number listed on our account. So, I dont think we can print the return address slip.

I'm not able to drop it off in person, is there any way to know which address to send this to? Thank you for any suggestions.

@cgl102770 Hey there! Thanks for the post. No worries about the slip being thrown out. Things happen! Have you checked out our handy equipment return center at https://comca.st/37hMFwF? There the listed equipment that is linked to the account will be there and return options should also be there.

The new equipment that we need to return is not listed at the link you gave me (though our other equipment is listed there).

I appreciate you confirming! We'd be glad to make sure that we get this return taken care of for you 🙂

Please click on my handle (ComcastGina) and "Send a message" with your name and service address, and let us know the serial number and MAC address on the device that needs to be returned (it will be printed on the sticker on the back or bottom of the modem).
