Returning a package

I returned what I thought was my old basic cable box today.  turns out that was not what i shipped via UPS using your return label.  I need that package returned to me ASAP!
 
I tried to contact UPS for an intercept, but since it's your return label, they can't help me.  PLus, you don't provide a street addr on the label.  Mt. Juliet, TN is all that's provided.  I have the tracking #1AE04R39018109383.  I called your support # but they couldn't find the address either.  And your chat rooms are full.
I'm at a loss as to what to do.  I need that package returned to me. 
What I put in it was an RCA DTV reciever.  Not the cable box.  And, it's not mine.
I'll be glad to pay the shipping cost for it's return.
Please reply ASAP!
