Request for Serviceability at New Address

Request for Serviceability at New Address

Hello reader,

I'm moving into a new home soon and was trying to find where I can put in a request for serviceability as the new location does not currently have xfinity but homes in nearby neighborhoods do.  Is their a form I need to fill out somewhere or do I need to call customer service?

It’s been escalated to an Official Employee to help with setting up a site survey. The survey lets you know the costs involved and if it’s possible or not
