Replacing the modem

3Weeks Ihave been trying to replace a faulty modem.The Wireless is fine but the ethernet port is bad and cannot hardwire my system for work.1-Told they were sending one,never came nothing on account stating ever sent out.(after 11 hrs of tech support,that I did not need.correctly ID'd the problem before hand.2-Sent me to a store to trade oit in and the store was closed down,All because I refused to give them access to my bank account.I was not upgrading my plan.Only needing them to replace their modem.That I rent.I had to request an interperpator as I could not understand the customer rep.I still have not recieved a replacement.Going on 3 wks.I was sent a start up guide with a cable.Ok.I give.Anyone with a related issuse????
