Remove or Repair Cut Overhead Cable Hanging Down into Trees

The free end of a Comcast overhead cable has been cut and is hanging down approximatley 12 feet into my trees.  I would like it removed because it is interfering with tree maintenance.  I cannot figure out how to address this issue thru the comcast website or thru telephone contact with comcast.  Please help.
