Why is Xfinity refusing to assist me with a payment plan after I cancelled services becasue i CANNOT AFFORD THE SERVICES? And, even after I called explaining that I cant afford it, still charged me for months of services that I never received. Stated that I never called to cancel the services (yet all my office calls are recorded). Just confused on why xfinity has zero problems telling people they will not make a payment arraingement becaaue the account is cancelled and would rather mess someones credit up and not help. Its almost like you guys set people up for this during covid just to get over on people. Doesnt make sense to me at all.

I am returnng equipment today and yes I absolutely am willing to set up an arraingment. That is what I have been trying to do but have been advised on numerous occasions that I cannot and that my account will go to collections if I do not pay the balance in full. Doesnt make sense.
