Receiving error when ordering new equipment online

I received an email to upgrade our cable boxes and modem at no charge. I've tried numerous times to submit this request and am receiving a "there was a problem, please reload page" message each time (I noticed others have had this issue as well). Please help me get in touch with a human being to assist, thank you.
