I recieved an email this evening that my "cancellation request" was received and that today was my last day of service. I did not request to cancel service, and really need the internet to continue working from my apartment. The notice is also posted to my account, so it's not a phishing email. Please help me undo this faulty request!

You need to call Customer Security Assurance. They may be able to help you. Their phone number is (888) 565-4329.
I received the same message today - September 30, 2020. l did not cancel my subscription to xfinity. Contacted xfinity from my app. They mentioned that it was cancelled via "Email" - very suspicious that a person can cancel the account via email.
