I, too, am interested in getting 4K over the "air" programming. I currently have the ag2v2 box and my own cable modem and separate wireless router. I have a Samsung smart tv which can provide 4K streamed content. While I realize that live 4K content is limited, I would like to future proof.
Thanks fort any suggestions, as looking into this via xfinity online or app puts me in a loop.

I am also looking for help getting a wired X1 4K box that works with my own modem. Sounds like that is the XG1V4. I am getting the run-around on customer service when I call. Can you assist @ComcastMichael  @ComcastChe ? Thanks in advance!

You would need to upgrade to a 4K dvr. Escalated to an Official Employee to help you out
