Hello! I have a similar question as I do have a serviceablity ticket open #2096042 but I haven't heard an update in 2 weeks. I've tried calling for an update but the only news I've heard is that the ticket is still open. This is great news that it's still open but how many more weeks should I plan to wait? It appears that house we bought years ago must have had cable coax cut as this is the first time we've tried to become a Comcast Xfinity customer.
