I was trying to retrieve a chat log (they promised a credit that never appeared) and a phone call (A visa debit card was supposed to be mailed out but didn't) . The customer agent terminated the chat. Reconnected, the agent trasnferred me to the supervisor and the supervisor terminated the chat right away.

First agent was Nitin. Then, another agent transferred me to Rahul the supervisor.
