Hi I could not send a message to CoomcastMorgan but my local utility put in a pole transfer request over 6 months ago that has not been actioned. I now need to pour my driveway but they will not remove the pole until comcast moves their line off the old pole and onto the new one that has been set.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

I am running into a similar issue! I have opened up 3 tickets that have all been closed while trying to relocate a utility pole for my client.
