Re: Cannot get Channels - only screen saver and ads

I can’t get no service cable or internet right now. Restart modem cable boxes etc. I have been making calls chatting etc for months. I called every day almost for the last two weeks ago my connection constantly dropping. I pay around $250 for this monthly. Been told I get my bill adjusted , a agent would contact me and come out etc. Very disappointed I have been with them for years .
