RETURN PODS IS A NIGHTMARE THAT IS WORSE THAN ANY HALLOWEEN SHOW YOU WILL SEE THIS MONTH

Got pods..threw away the box...installed pods...pods dont work...took to store with mesh modem to return ...took modem back, but wouldnt take back the pods at the store...told to go to UPS store...UPS store cant take them back without the bar code on box...called xfinity...they said to call UPS to get a box...UPS doesnt know what box xfinity is talking about...on hold with exfinity for 18 minutes and no one knows what to do...this has been going on for over a week now and likely my 30 day trial period will end...
