REPOST - GIGABIT PRO

REPOST DUE TO NO ANSWER.  I WILL JUST KEEP REPOSTING UNTIL SOMEONE HELPS ME!!!

 

Hello Comcast,

 

I am WFH tech professional, I would like to get gigabit pro installed to my home.  I am aware of the technical requirements and potential costs from an exhaustive internet search, and they are fine with me.  Unfortunately, my requests havent gone anywhere thusfar.  No one will call me back re: this!  Can one of you help me get the process started?

You just posted yesterday, and it was escalated yesterday. This isn’t real time help, be patient. Stick with your original thread , if you keep reposting as you threaten to, the mods will remove your threads and you’ll end up with zero help

Thanks!  Not my intention to spam.  Please bear in mind that though this is my first forum post, I have has weeks of phone calls that go nowhere before this.  Just a little frustrating, ya know?

 

Still, I'll file this under GTK, and try to maintain patience.
